Where an app supports both, use Xtream Codes: the interface is better organised, the guide is more reliable, and the credentials survive server-side changes that would otherwise require a fresh playlist link.

An M3U URL is not sold on its own — it is how a subscription is delivered. When you buy a Sportix Media plan, the M3U playlist URL and the Xtream Codes login arrive by email and WhatsApp within about 15 minutes of payment, and you enter whichever your app prefers. Worth saying plainly: anyone selling a bare "M3U link" detached from an accountable service is worth being wary of, because there is nobody to fix it when it breaks.

Almost always one of four things. The URL was truncated on copy — M3U addresses are long and a missing tail character is invisible; paste rather than type it. The subscription has not activated yet. The app is caching an old list, which a reload of the playlist rather than a restart of the app usually clears. Or the device's MAC address is not registered against the app's own licence, which is a matter for the app developer rather than for us. If a fresh paste of the URL on a different device works, the problem is the app or the device, not the credentials.

You can enter them into as many apps and devices as you like — the limit is on simultaneous streams, not installations. Exceeding your connection count does not cost anything extra; the additional stream simply will not start.
